sco xenix troff: dumb questions

Here's a fourth alternative: SoftQuad Publishing software.
This is troff and all the preprocessors rewritten and it is
available for Xenix with a number of different output drivers.

I've been using it for a year and a half for some demanding
work and have found it to be very, very good.
