How to get argv for an arbitrary process (answer)

A while back I asked how to get ps-style command lines for a given
user under xenix 386. The answer is ridiculous. See that field in the
user page called, get this: u_psargs. This is a character string that
hold the first 39 characters of the command line handed to exec(). 
That's it.
