Xenix/386 and Telebit Trailblazers.

I'm running Xenix 286 with the Telebit. The problem is that it seems to
take Telebits several seconds to establish the high-speed connection and
then it's perhaps several seconds more to get an OK if I'm dialing into
a busy system. These together are way too long for the default timeout
setting of uucico.

However, this can be overcome by judicious placing of \d delay markers in
the L.sys command line, such as:

uunet Any ACU 19200 x-xxx-xxx-xxxxU ogin: xxxxxxx\d\d\d\d\d ssword: xxx

Try debugging with uucico -x4 if you need to see exactly what's happening.
