Victim of FDISK

I had the same problem some weeks ago. My hard disk had 10 unused cylinders
between the DOS and the XENIX partition. I wanted to create an extended
partition on the unused cylinders, but FDISK trashed the disk.

I used NU from Norton Utilities to analyze the trashed partition table and was
able to restore the old information, but FDISK has erased the first sector
on each cylinder in both partitions. So I reformatted the partitions and
restored them from backups.
