Computone + modem = ?

Ah, but you are using Intelliport.  I am using ATvantage.
Therein could lie the difference.

Others have responded indicating they had the same problem.
Does _anyone_ have an ATvantage 8-port working properly with a
modem out there?  I'll take my results to Computone for their
"perusal".  In the meantime, I'm taking a COM1 down there to set
up these folks' modem: I'm sure glad they aren't depending on it
for anything important.
