Screens, more screens, never enough

Twelve console multiscreens just isn't enough!!

Rumour has it that you can go to a larger number (16). 

Has anyone managed to get a couple more screens?

There is some direct evidence of this. One method for switching to screens
11 and 12 is <ctl><shift><fn>. For <F1> and <F2> you get screens 11 and 12.
For <F3> to <F6> you get a beep from the video driver complaining that you
are switching to an undefined screen. For <F7> to <F12> the <shift> key is
ignored and you get screen 7 to 12 as appropriate. So this would indicate
that it may be possible to define up to 16 screens in total.

Don't know what I'll do if I ever have to switch over to ISC. They only have 8.
