Using UUCP under a BBS system???

I was looking for just about the same thing, and found nada... so I
grabbed the stevie source, installed a new restricted_user command, and
put it up on my BBS for the users. 

No, it's not as easy to use as WS-types, but it's lots more powerful,
and the users in the programming cadre really like it!
