Wanted: Vaxsyma for 4.2bsd

Can anybody give me any pointers on how to obtain VAXSYMA for a Vax running
4.2bsd.  Is the program in the public domain, or if it is sold, how much
does it cost and who sells it.  If there is sufficient interest I will
