The Duke University Medical Center has a VAX running VAX/VMS
and is quite interested in eunice as well. We have been
playing around with it for a while, although we can't be
called wizards at it (rather hard while D. Kashtan keeps
the sources to himself). The machine isn't on the net (yet),
but there are a couple of us who get mail and news on the
Computer Science Department's PDP-11/70. If you want to
get in touch with us, our addresses are duke!djc (David
Cherveny) and duke!bcw (myself).

Eunice comes with a document describing the procedure
required to bring it up -- do you have such a document,
or have you had trouble after following its instructions?

The current version of Eunice is full of bugs -- things
will indeed sometimes abort without warning. Kashtan says
that this will largely go away with the new version of the
software ... whenever that appears. He had an article in
info-vax recently talking about various VMS topics, amoung
which was Eunice, especially the new version. If you want
a copy of that, I can mail it to you. The new version is
due out "within a month," but you know how software projects
tend to go ...
