	Our local 3B5 computer (yes, people still have them) will generate
the call instruction for subroutine jumps (naturally enough).  The syntax
appears to be
	call	&x, subr
where x is the number of arguments pushed onto the stack.
	How can this number be referenced?  Is it put into one of the
registers?  Somewhere on the stack?  Or is it merely used to take up room
in the instruction?
