Fireworks program

Here's something to draw fireworks on your console, which makes for a good
screenblanker.  I tested it on 3/50's & 60's, both under SunOS 3.5.  See
the README for notes about color.  Note that after this month (9/89), I
won't be at GTE anymore, so comments should be forwarded to me care/of
