Sun 4/260 - Symbolics Ivory Board Prblems

I've got a problem with a 4/260 running a Symbolics Ivory board under
4.0.3 and X11r4 - it crashes it's brains out as follows ("featx" is a
program we run locally, others have appeared in the same spot...):

There seems to be neither rhyme nor reason to the timing of the crashes -
the machine will run for 5 minutes or 5 days without a crash, but only
crashes while the Ivory board is running.  Any information would be
appreciated...
