RT keyboard and mouse: replace?

I am using an IBM RT 6150.

The layout of the keyboard has cut my productivity in half.   Is the
keyboard on the RT exactly like a keyboard on a AT or something like that?
Can the RT keyboard be replaced with a third party keyboard, such as are
available for the PC and AT's?    Is it possible to remap the keyboard,
especially the control key and the escape key?

Is it possible to replace the two button mechanical mouse with a real
three button opitcal mouse?   Is there a mouse driver available that would
work with the RS 232 port?
