AIX v3 is ANSI C compliant.  AIX/RT is not, not sure about AIX PS/2.

AIX v3 will be compliant with POSIX 1003.1.  The C compiler available on AIX
v3 is ANSI compliant.  AIX v3 is the operating system for the Risc System/6000.
