 To an increasing degree, you can send mail to
 who at where.iinus1.ibm.com.  This is now available to almost all IBM
 employees (the employee has to wish to do it and the manager has to
 approve).  
  
 The employee can in turn respond using inote monson at diablo.amd.com.
                                
I still rely on a courtesy account at the University for notes reading,
though.
