fixes are included on this set of update diskettes.

IX08533 = chparm hangs in multiuser mode and corrupts VTOC
IX08795 = 'YOU HAVE MAIL' received erroneously
IX08806 = tar -r fails writing to diskette
IX08893 = netconfig -query shuts down network interface
IX08929 = auto key repeat disable in aixterms doesn't work
IX09259 = xclock doesn't properly inherit class & inheritance
IX09296 = unable to delete 3com card using devices
IX09343 = updatep fails if .profile has /usr/dbin before /etc
IX09498 = updatep terminates when "continue" is misspelled
IX10087 = Microsoft Excel terminates abnormally using DOS Merge
IX10154 = double click > DOSMERGE moves & chgs DOS ICON on ret
IX12392 = /usr/ucb/mail and sendmail still 4.2BSD not 4.3BSD
IX12393 = /etc/budate should be linked to <LOCAL>
IX12394 = acctcom: pathname incorrect in commands reference
IX12395 = sendmail to rscs requires more modification to sendmail.c
IX12396 = chparm does not change vtoc mount point name
IX12398 = Need to add Japanese and Iclandic keyboards
