What an IP/UNIX bigot I am!  I *assumed* your A/UX box would *of course* 
have an ethernet card like any other UNIX workstation.  Mea Culpa.  (But 
how about my other idea of just hanging your LocalTalk mac off the A/UX 
machine as a serially-connected terminal.  :^)
