Problems with ksh when login with the console emulator under A/UX 2.0.

Simple -- under A/UX 1.0, the usable console screen was two lines smaller
because of the fake menu bar.

The workaround is pretty easy -- why use the console for screen-oriented
stuff if the MacOS-style programs are so much better? ;-) ;-)
