terminfo AT386 patch for Multitech monitors (Acer)

Microport has an improved AT386.ti terminfo file on their BBS.  Hallelujah,
the cursor is more than one scan line tall in vi.  However, even the new one
has a bug: the "ll" definition is bogus and should be removed.
