Ultrix and power failures......

The battery backup is only sufficent to preserve memory contents through
some relativly short period of power outage, not enough to maintain normal
system operation.  Naybe this is enough to allow VMS to hibernate and
restart, but as far as I know, there is no corresponding suport in Ultrix...
