UWS 2.2 out yet ??????

Actually both the vax and mips kits do not contain a complete base system.
They do however contain some patches to be applied to the 3.1 base. The kit
is designed as an update kit, requiring that 3.1 has been installed prior
to installing the UWS2.2 kit.
