Advantages to new FoxBase?

Does anybody know of the advantages of the latest SCO FoxBase
(that comes with the latest Xenix) over FoxBase 1.03 under
Xenix 2.2.1?  This is critical in our decision to upgrade our
OS/hardware since FoxBase is our only application.
