barcode scanners help!

Could be Electro Static Discharge(ESD) zapping the link between your scanner
and the system. If so, you will need to place Static Mats under your systems
and have the operator touch the mat first before handling any of the equipment.
Actually, anything done to discharge the operators before handling the equipment
will work. Just a guess???!!! 8-)
