Pcomm1.2 with Xenix

I don't run Pcomm, but I'm willing to bet that this is related to
the recent Pcomm-related posting concerning "getch()" in Curses.
The SCO getch() call is buggy, in that it returns null for several
keys, one-of-which is 'd'.
